Levi Zachery Crabtree was born April 12, 1989, three and a half months premature. He was the oldest of three sons.

He joined the Army in 2012, as a MP. He served his entire enlistment at Fort Campbell, KY with one deployment to Africa 2014, and a year in a Korea 2017. He passed away November 1, 2018.
