Staff Sgt. Kendall H. Ivy II, U.S. Marine Corps, age 28, of Crawford, Ohio, killed in action May 11, 2005, by an explosion while conducting combat operations against enemy forces in Karabilah, Iraq.  He was assigned to Regimental Combat Team 2, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.
